Australian Taekwondo Victoria Exemption Application

Please submit your application here to be exempt from the Victorian State Selection Competition but be eligible for Australian Taekwondo's National 2022. Australian Taekwondo Victoria's decision is final.
Please note only the following exemptions will be accepted DO NOT apply if you are not eligible for an exemption.
- Must be a Black Belt Competitor
- Exemptions for Medical Reasoning - A doctor's certificate MUST be provided
- Exemptions for World Championships National Team Selected Athletes Mexico- MUST provide evidence
The Australian Taekwondo Board will review all applications and inform applicants via email after the Victorian State Selection Championships.
No other exemptions will be accepted - do not apply as NO Refunds will be given
